Tamika touches the hearts and souls of nearly 25,000 students, adults, and educators each year through her live keynotes, workshops, online live trainings, and business coaching.  

A digital media mogul, she is the CEO of, TamikaINK Media Group, a design and multi-media company with multiple entities: TamikaINK Publishing and Design which helps faith-based writers get published, iWorship96 FM Radio & Magazine which captivated more than 3 million listeners in 2017, and the Grind Like A Boss Academy.

As a speaker, Tamika empowers women worldwide in the area of leadership, business, and personal development. She also inspires thousands daily with her motivational posts.

In addition, Tamika is the bestselling author of more than 15 books, three which have held the number one spot on Amazon’s Bestseller’s List and will be launching the Smarty Puffs bilingual phone app to teach children of color the Spanish language.

An award winning playwright, Tamika was named the Black Playwright of the Year, by the Black Gospel Play Association for her play, How to Love A Saved Man. She is currently working on her one woman show, Desperate Housewives of the Bible.

A psalmist and songwriter, Tamika has opened for artists such as Mary Mary, Jekayln Carr, Maruette Brown Clark, she also sings with Erek McFadden and TPA, and will be releasing her first EP, “Captured,” in 2019.
