Minister Teraleen R. Campbell is a native of Hagerstown, Maryland where she was reared in the King’s Apostle Holiness Church.  She has been a member of Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church since 1991; where the Pastors are Bishop Alfred Owens, Jr. and Co-Pastor Susie Owens.  She is a graduate of Calvary Bible Institute with a Certificate in Biblical Studies, studying subjects such as Old and New Testament Survey, Bible Doctrines and Leadership. 

Her service to the ministry has included the Track & Field Outreach, Altar Workers and Associate Missionary Ministries.  Minister Campbell served for 11 years as President of the Sanctuary Choir, which has a membership nearly 100 believers.  Additionally, she serves in leadership as the Music Ministry Chaplain and Liaison, assisting with the administrative aspects for Calvary’s five choirs and praise teams. She also served as Co-instructor for Bible Characters Class at Calvary Bible Institute.  She also serves with the Ministerial Alliance and has served with the Women's Alliance, which is responsible for coordinating the Women’s Conference and Retreat.  In addition to being a licensed Minister, she is a certified Coach. One who knows the worth of prayer, Minister Campbell loves to intercede on behalf of the needs of God's people and serves as lead intercessor each month for the Sisters Prayer Circle which is sponsored by Sisters 4 Sisters, Inc.

She became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. at the University of Maryland, where she conducted her undergraduate studies.  She is a charter member of the Tau Delta Zeta Chapter in Laurel, Maryland. She serves Zeta on the national level as a member of the National Social Action Committee and as National Co-Director of Marketing.  She is the Past Maryland State Parliamentarian and Social Action Coordinator for the Atlantic Region.  Her ministry extends to Zeta, as she authored the sorority's Centennial Prayer, facilitates the Global Day of Prayer and is a co-author of the Faith of Our Founders Devotional Book. 

Her community involvement includes the Prince George's County March for Babies Committee and MD Legislative Agenda for Women.  She is Immediate Past President of a local club for Toastmasters Intl.  Teraleen is a tireless advocate against domestic violence engaging elected officials, supporting victims, conducting workshops and sitting on panels which address this issue.   Southern Management Corporation, The March of Dimes and the American Red Cross have recognized her for her involvement and service to the community. Additionally, she was named Sorority Woman of the Year during the annual Sister-to-Sister Sorority Luncheon, hosted by Taylor Thomas of WHUR Radio.  She also was recognized by her sorority with the inaugural Zeta of the Year Award in addition to being inducted into the Maryland State Hall of Fame for Zeta in March 2016.  She was named one of the DC Metropolitan area's 100 Phenomenal Women in 2015.  She is a contributing author of Behind the Scenes of a Phenomenal Woman, which was released earlier this year.

After acknowledging the call of God on her life to lead, teach and empower the body of Christ; especially women, she became a licensed minister in May of 2002.  With Christ as her focus, friend and guide, Minister Campbell’s earnest desire is to be a vessel fit for the Master’s use.  (2 Timothy 2:21).
